Nova Training invites applications for a part-time Placement & Progression Officer in our Dereham centre. You will support learners to move from centre to work placements, vet and update placements, and ensure engagement with learners and employers.
The role focuses on creating progression routes and coordinating local marketing and careers events. The role requires proven sales/IAG experience, Level 2 literacy/numeracy/ICT, and a full UK driving license.
