Nova Training is seeking a proactive Placement & Progression Officer to support learners across our centres in Kidderminster. You will help with referrals, employer partnerships and provide high quality IAG to achieve KPIs.
You will manage placements, vet work experience and support learners from centre to work, encouraging progression into Apprenticeships or Traineeships, while building strong external links and delivering outreach activities.
