Nova Training is recruiting a Placement Progression Officer for our Kidderminster centre. This full-time, permanent role supports centres to deliver high‑quality IAG and builds learner referrals and employer partnerships to achieve contractual KPIs.
You will help learners transition from centre to work placements, vet work experiences, review progress, and encourage progression to Apprenticeships or Traineeships while coordinating local career events.
