We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Learner Resourcer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and telephone experience. As a Learner Resourcer, you'll play a vital part in this process, supporting the recruitment team with a diverse range of tasks. Working as part of our team you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirement of the business roles.
Responsibilities:
- Search and resource candidates via apprenticeship website, job sites and social media platforms
- Conduct telephone interviews with shortlisted candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and career goals
- Complete candidate application forms, obtain prior attainment checks, and deliver high-quality Information Advice Guidance (IAG)
- Ensure that candidates are supplied to the Employer Engagement Team in a timely manner
- Book Maths and English invigilation
- Have awareness of other coordinators' vacancies in order to refer suitable candidates
- Liaise with the Employment Engagement Team to ensure vacancy outcomes are timely and KPIs are achieved
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in resourcing candidates
- Level 2 qualification in Business Admin/Customer Service or equivalent
- Confident communicator with a polite telephone manner
- Able to work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
