Nova Training are looking to recruit a permanent office cleaner for their centre in Willenhall. Ensuring client satisfaction and customer excellence is achieved and services are delivered to agreed standards.

Main Duties:

  • Ensuring cleaning activities are carried out to the highest standards. Duties will include: mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins.
  • You will be responsible for the offices, public areas, toilets, kitchens.
  • Ensure all faulty equipment is reported to the line manager.
  • Communicate any health and safety concerns or issues with your line managers.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that cleaning equipment is maintained and fit for purpose before and after each evening.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment you have been using is cleaned correctly, maintained and used efficiently and stored correctly ready for the next time of use.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Experience of working alone as well as within a team is desirable
