Hours: Part-Time, Permanent, (26 hours per week, Mon-Thu 8:45 am - 3:00 pm, Fri 9am - 12pm)

Are you looking for a new role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Centre Administrator to join their dedicated team of managers and teaching staff with all administrative tasks.

As a Centre Administrator you will provide a first class front line customer service for clients, learners and staff, in a manner conducive to the professional image of the company. You will be required to work with the centre manager to support the centre with file audits, keeping the e-compliance system updated and accurate, whilst liaising with external partners, parents, carers and learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet & greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, direct calls to the correct destination, take messages when appropriate.
  • Prepare learner start dates and accompanying learner start letters.
  • Ensuring all new starts are inputted into system.
  • Ensuring session registers are ready on a daily basis for each tutor.
  • Ensure all audits are carried out on learners files.
  • Preparation of induction packs for Study Programme.
  • Undertake general copying, typing and filing duties.

Requirements:

  • A Minimum of 18 months experience in administration or have been in a similar role.
  • Minimum level 2 literacy, numeracy & ICT.
  • Minimum Level 3 in Business Administration or 5 years administration experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Full, clean UK Driving License.
