Lecturer in Esports

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent, (37.5 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 4:30pm)

Location: Walsall (Bloxwich)

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 pa (depending on skills and experience)

About the Role

Nova Training is expanding its Esports courses due to increasing popularity and industry growth. We are seeking an enthusiastic Esports Lecturer to join our Walsall (Bloxwich) centre. No teaching experience is necessary as we offer training and support towards a formal teaching qualification. We welcome applications from NQTs and graduates with relevant Esports experience.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Relevant Esports experience and industry knowledge
  • Support the development of Esports qualifications and curriculum
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths
  • Passion for teaching and inspiring learners aged 16-18
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to undertake relevant teaching qualifications
  • Full, clean UK Driving License (desirable)
