Are you passionate about Employability/ Business Admin/Customer Service? We are seeking to appoint an experienced Vocational Tutor at Nova Training. As a Vocational Tutor, your role will be to offer young people and adults an overall learning experience that prepares them for the ability to function and progress successfully in adult and working life, also helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to complete their vocational qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver the Level 1 and 2 in Business Administration / Customer service/ Employability
- Assess learners work, provide timely feedback
- Plan individual learning to meet learner needs.
- Observe Learners within in work placement against the qualification criteria
- Ensure lesson plans are prepared and linked to curriculum plans.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, AET)
- A minimum of 2 years Teaching experience in 14-19 provision
- Assessing qualification (CAVA, TAQA, or equivalent)
- Prior experience in delivering vocational qualifications
- Experience in delivering employability sessions
- Work to deadlines, motivated, organised
- Full, clean UK Driving License
