Centre Administrator
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent, (37.5 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 8:30am 4:30 pm)
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: National Minimum Wage, (depending on experience & qualifications)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Centre Administrator based in our Wolverhampton centre at Nova Training.
As a Centre Administrator you will provide a first class front line customer service for clients, learners and staff, in a manner conducive to the professional image of the company.
You will be required to work with the centre manager to help support the centre with all administrative tasks related to the smooth running and effectiveness of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet & greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, direct calls to the correct destination, take messages when appropriate
- Prepare learner start dates and accompanying learner start letters.
- Ensuring all new starts are inputted into system
- Ensuring session registers are ready on a daily basis for each tutor
- Ensure all audits are carried out on learners files
- Preparation of induction packs for Study Programme
- Undertake general copying, typing and filing duties
Requirements:
- A Minimum of 18 months experience in administration or have been in a similar role.
- Minimum level 2 literacy, numeracy & ICT
- Minimum Level 3 in Business Administration or 5 years administration experience.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative
Full, clean UK Driving License
