Nova Training in Kidderminster is seeking a Placement & Progression Officer (PPO) to support learners as they move from centre to work placements and to develop referrals and employer partnerships.
The role focuses on delivering high-quality information, advice and guidance that leads to positive outcomes, achieving KPIs, and helping learners access progression routes through employers.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £25,000–£28,000 per year.
