Are you a Functional Skills Tutor looking for a new role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Functional Skills Tutor delivering English and Employability to our students.

As a Functional Skills Tutor you will be supporting students to achieve their functional skills qualifications in both English and Employability up to Level 2. We are looking for a Functional Skills Tutor who can motivate, engage and inspire our learners to achieve their full potential whilst on our programme.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivery of Functional Skills English, and Employability up to Level 2.
- Plan individual learning to meet learner needs and ensure lesson plans are prepared.
- Achieve company KPI’s and Individual Performance Plan.
- Plan embedded learning for groups and individuals.
- Develop delivery in order to maximise progression opportunities for learners.
- Create conditions in the training centre(s) which will help to develop the abilities, skill and confidence of each learner.
- Regularly assess learners' work.
- Experience of delivering Functional Skills or Maths and English to Level 2.
- A Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in 14-19 provision.
- Full Teaching Qualifications I.e. Cert Ed, C&G 7407, CTTLS, DTLLS.
- Passion & desire to teach.
- Willingness to undertake any relevant Teaching Qualifications necessary.
- Full, clean UK Driving License.
