We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Centre Administrator, working with the centre manager and teaching staff on a range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet & greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, direct calls to the correct destination, and take messages when appropriate.
- Prepare learner start dates and accompanying learner start letters.
- Ensure all new starts are inputted into the system.
- Ensure session registers are ready on a daily basis for each tutor.
- Ensure all audits are carried out on learners’ files.
- Preparation of induction packs for Study Programme.
- Undertake general copying, typing and filing duties.
Requirements
- A minimum of 18 months experience in administration or a similar role.
- Minimum level 2 literacy, numeracy & ICT.
- Minimum level 3 in Business Administration or 5 years of administration experience.
- Excellent organisational skills.
