Nova Talent is recruiting an experienced Depot Manager to join our client’s distribution team, based in Pocklington, North Yorkshire. This role is responsible for ensuring the depot operates to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, maintain legal and regulatory compliance (including Fire Regulations and DVSA), and ensure all audits, records, and procedures are up to date. You will lead and develop the depot team, support recruitment and training, promote a strong safety culture, and deliver excellent customer service. Working closely with the Depot Team and Regional Operations Manager, you’ll manage stock, safeguard assets, and ensure service standards are met. Occasional hands-on support may be required.
