We are seeking an experienced Depot Assistant/Administrator to join a leading supplier and distributor of agricultural products. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused and confident individual who takes pride in their work to become part of a dedicated team based in Pocklington, North Yorkshire.

A typical day as a Depot Assistant/Administrator:
- Administration duties such as order processing, checking order financials and documentation.
- Stock management – checking stock availability, order and replenish where required.
- Ensuring supplies are distributed within a timely manner and in line with regulatory standards such as Basis (chemical storage and distribution) and HSE.
- Effectively deal with 'Trade Counter' enquiries and cash associated with.
- Review, monitor and maintain accurate reporting records in relation to monies and stock.
- Ensure security of company cash, stock and property.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as the depot and sales team, ensuring effective communication.
- Maintain relationships with Third Party Logistics suppliers, supporting from an administration perspective also.
- Act as a 'step up' in the absence of the Depot Supervisor.
