We are currently seeking a Class 2 Driver to work on behalf of our client based in Pocklington, East Riding of Yorkshire. Working for a company that prides itself on its innovative and customer centric approach, the successful candidate will drive Class 2 vehicles and distribute items such as agricultural products and equipment, alongside some warehousing duties including handballing in preparation for distribution.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • To load and unload your vehicle with company products and equipment.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, utilising the most efficient routes.
  • Assist in the unloading and movement of stock within the depot.
  • Safely operating a Counter Balance Fork Lift Truck.
  • Administration duties such as maintaining vehicle records, tachograph charts, order and delivery documentation.
  • Supporting customers with enquiries, ensuring the customer experience and professionalism at all times, whether over the phone or face to face.

What we are looking for:

  • Customer centric approach with excellent communication skills.
  • CPC licence and Digital Tacho Card.
  • Driving licence (Cat C)
