We are on the lookout for an inspiring Music Producer Lecturer to join the teaching team and support the development of emerging producers to an industry-ready standard at our clients thriving Lincoln Campus. The role is part-time, working Monday to Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Guide students through the full production process to achieve professional-quality outcomes, including building, arranging, and refining tracks.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in mixing and sequencing, with strong creative decision making and technical accuracy.
- Translate creative ideas into polished productions while balancing technical skill, musicality, and experimentation; encourage creative exploration while maintaining industry standards.
Qualifications
- Advanced specialism in Logic Pro X is essential.
- Highly competent in MIDI programming, audio editing, plug-in processing, automation, and session management.
- Ability to clearly communicate best practices in a learning environment.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop aspiring music producers.
