We are seeking an experienced Depot Assistant to join a leading supplier and distributor of agricultural products, on a Fixed Term Contract until December 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused and confident individual who takes pride in their work to become part of a dedicated team based in Evesham.

A typical day as a Depot Assistant:

  • Administration duties such as order processing, checking order financials and documentation.
  • Loading and unloading of stock, manually and via a Fork Lift Truck.
  • Stock management – checking stock availability, order and replenish where required.
  • Ensuring supplies are distributed within a timely manner and in line with regulatory standards such as Basis (chemical storage and distribution) and HSE.
  • Effectively deal with 'Trade Counter' enquiries and cash associated with.
  • Review, monitor and maintain accurate reporting records in relation to monies and stock.
  • Ensure security of company cash, stock and property.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as the depot and sales team, ensuring effective communication.
  • Maintain relationships with Third Party Logistics suppliers, supporting from an administration perspective also.
  • Act as a 'step up' in the absence of the Depot Supervisor.
