We are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Team Member to join our clients wider Amenity Team, located in Allscott, Telford. Within this role, the successful candidate will provide outstanding levels of customer service throughout sales administration, order processing and aftersales service support.

Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Review orders and identify potential issues to ensure accurate, efficient and on time order processing.
- Process customer internet order requirements.
- Check and monitor stock availability.
- Data input utilising the company CRM system, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- From the initial customer enquiry ensure efficiency and exceptional customer service right through until query resolution.
- Liaise and support internal stakeholders such as the Sales, Finance and Distribution Teams.
- Provide technical support to customers relating to company products and services.
What we are looking for:
- Customer focused, able to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Previous Administration, Customer Service or Business Support experience would be advantageous.
- A driven individual that is a clear communicator.
- Innovative approach promotes sharing of best practice.
- Driving licence holder, own transport required due to company location.
