We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Driver to work within an established agricultural company that provides support and products relating to land management and crop production, joining the Distribution Team based at the depot in Tunstall, Kent on a Fixed Term contract running until October 2026.
Working for a company that prides itself on its innovative and customer‑centric approach, the successful candidate will conduct warehouse duties alongside some van driving, distributing items such as agricultural spray products, alongside warehousing duties including handballing in preparation for distribution.

Duties
- To load and unload your vehicle with company products and equipment, in line with BASIS regulations (for storage/distribution of pesticide products).
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, utilising the most efficient routes.
- Assist in the unloading and movement of stock within the depot.
- Safely operating a counter‑balance forklift truck.
- Administration duties such as maintaining vehicle records, tachograph charts, order and delivery documentation.
- Supporting customers with enquiries, ensuring the customer experience and professionalism at all times, whether over the phone or face‑to‑face.
Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of product storage solutions, and agrochemicals.
- Customer‑centric approach with excellent communication skills.
- Fire safety & environmental awareness.
- Warehouse & stock management experience, including IT system usage.
- Forklift truck licence – counterbalance.
- Cat B driving licence.
