Job Description: Nova Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for a Qualified, dedicated and caring Early Years Practitioner to join a fantastic nursery working with children aged 0-5 years. In this role, you will work closely with the Room Manager to ensure the smooth daily running of the room whils providing high-quality care, learning, and development. You will also take on the role of key person, observing and planning activities tailored to individual children's needs. Responsibilities: * Support the Room Manager with daily activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children and staff. * Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery implementing the EYFS. * Be a key person for assigned children, responsible for observation, assessment, and planning to track their progress. * Create strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, encouraging their involvement in their child's development. * Ensure excellent hygiene, health and safety, and safeguarding practices are maintained at all times. Requirements * Minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent. * Good standard of English and Maths (GCSE A-C or equivalent). * Paediatric First Aid certification * 1 year experience working in a nursery or similar childare setting. * Desirable: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
