Register your interest in Graduate or Entry Level Opportunities in the UK & Ireland. Nova Systems in the UK and Ireland does not operate a traditional, large-scale graduate scheme. Instead, we take a more selective and personalised approach to hiring early careers talent. We typically recruit a small number of graduates each year and focus on finding individuals who are ready to make an impact.
Rather than placing graduates into structured rotational programmes, we tailor each individual’s experience to their specific role, the needs of the business, and their personal development goals. This means that, from day one, graduates are embedded within project teams and working alongside experienced engineers and consultants. You will be contributing to real work, solving real problems and developing practical, hands-on experience at the “coalface” of engineering and technical delivery.
For the right individual, this provides a distinctive and rewarding alternative to high-volume graduate schemes. You’ll benefit from close support, exposure to complex challenges and the opportunity to accelerate your development within a high-performing, collaborative team. Our approach reflects who we are as a business: thoughtful, agile and focused on quality over quantity. We are deliberate in who we hire because we invest in long-term potential. For graduates who are curious, proactive and ready to take ownership of their development, Nova Systems offers a unique opportunity to build a meaningful career from the outset.
