The Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide strategic and administrative support to our CEO. The successful Personal Assistant to the CEO will manage the day-to-day operation of the CEO's office, coordinate priorities and communications, organise meetings and support key business initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, can manage multiple priorities and works with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities * Manage the CEO's diary, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. * Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports and briefing documents. * Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. * Manage calls, emails and correspondence. * Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings and company events. * Take meeting minutes and follow up on agreed actions. * Support strategic projects, research and business reporting. * Manage confidential information with discretion. * Provide administrative and executive support to the leadership team when required. * Build strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers and key stakeholders. * Support the CEO with business growth, operational efficiency and strategic initiatives across the Group. * Occasional travel may be required as part of the role About You We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, proactive and resourceful, with excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. You should be comfortable working under pressure, managing changing priorities and using your own initiative. Discretion, professionalism, integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information are essential. You should also be passionate about making a positive difference and supporting an organisation that improves the lives of young people. Essential Requirements * Previous experience in an administrative, personal assistant, office management or similar support role. * Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. * Experience managing calendars and travel arrangements. * Strong organisational and project coordination skills. * Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and use sound judgement. * Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. * High levels of discretion, professionalism and integrity. Desirable Experience Experience supporting a CEO, Director or senior leadership team would be advantageous. Experience within health and social care, children's services or residential care is desirable, particularly experience supporting services for young people with learning disabilities (LD), autism and/or mental health needs. Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards within residential care, project management experience and experience working across multiple business functions would also be beneficial.
