Technical Architect SC Clearance, Azure, Technical Architecture, Cloud rather, you will need to understand how security and governance requirements influence technology architecture and delivery. You will work closely with customers, programme leadership, engineers, and delivery teams, combining strong technical architecture capability with excellent stakeholder engagement. Key Skills as Technical Architect: Proven experience designing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud and infrastructure architectures, with strong Microsoft Azure capability. Experience assessing existing technology estates and delivering cloud migration, infrastructure modernisation, application modernisation, and technical debt reduction strategies. Strong understanding of IT resilience, high availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational readiness. Demonstrated experience delivering projects aligned to security and governance frameworks such as Secure by Design, Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+), the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF), and GovAssure. Ability to define architecture deliverables (HLD/LLD), guide engineering teams, and engage effectively with technical, business, and programme stakeholders. Experience working across infrastructure and application architecture, with additional AWS and/or GCP experience advantageous but not essential.
