Performance Marketing Manager Warrington| Hybrid Working | £35,000-£40,000 + Bonus A growing digital marketing agency is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join their team and take ownership of paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. Working with a diverse client portfolio spanning financial services, events and consumer brands, you'll be responsible for driving performance, optimising campaigns and delivering measurable commercial results. The Opportunity This is a hands-on role where you'll manage campaigns from strategy through to execution, reporting and optimisation. You'll work closely with both clients and creative teams to identify opportunities for growth and maximise campaign performance. Key Responsibilities * Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads * Deliver strong performance against CPA, CPL and ROAS targets * Analyse campaign data and implement ongoing improvements * Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creative * Present campaign results and recommendations to clients * Oversee tracking, attribution and conversion measurement * Identify new opportunities to drive growth across client accounts About You * 3+ years' experience in Paid Social and/or PPC * Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads * Experience using GA4 and conversion tracking tools * Commercially focused with a data-driven mindset * Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders * Able to demonstrate successful campaign results Desirable Experience * Lead generation campaigns * Financial services or regulated sectors * Landing page optimisation and CRO * TikTok Ads What's on Offer? * Salary of £35,000-£40,000 DOE * Performance-related bonus * Hybrid working * Flexible working arrangements * Generous holiday allowance * Professional development opportunities * Pension scheme * Clear progression path within a growing business
