We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to own and drive our clients’ social media presence across organic platforms. In this client-facing role, you will develop platform strategies, manage content calendars, and create content both yourself and alongside our video team. You’ll act as the key social voice between our clients and internal teams, ensuring brand consistency, cultural relevance, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients on social media performance, content planning, and campaign updates.
- Work closely with our creative team to ensure social content is on-brand, on-brief, and optimised for performance.
- Build and manage content calendars across multiple clients simultaneously, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Monitor community engagement, responding to comments and messages in line with client brand guidelines.
- Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and cultural moments to keep clients relevant and competitive.
