You'll turn messy briefs into organised plans, help teams lock onto the “why,” and make sure every idea stays grounded in what audiences actually care about. You'll stay close to the creative from day one, jumping into workshops, shaping conversations, unblocking progress, and keeping delivery tight. You're the person who makes sure great ideas don't just happen, they land.
Key Responsibilities:
- End‑to‑end project ownership, leads projects from initial brief to final delivery, coordinating teams, partners, and workflows to hit deadlines and budgets without compromise.
- Cross‑discipline delivery expertise, manages a wide range of outputs — events, activations, terrace takeovers, websites, print, and integrated campaigns, adapting process and pace to suit each discipline.
- Stakeholder alignment keeps clients, creatives, producers, and suppliers aligned through clear communication, expectation‑setting, and proactive issue‑spotting.
- Resilient and autonomous working style confident working independently on‑site or in the field, maintaining momentum and clarity even in fast‑moving or high‑pressure environments.
- Flexible delivery capability, comfortable supporting occasional long days or weekend work when projects demand it, maintaining professionalism and energy throughout.
- Operational precision, brings strong attention to detail, rigorous organisation, and a structured approach to planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Creative‑process fluency, understands how creative teams work and supports them with structure, clarity, and problem‑solving to keep ideas moving smoothly.
- Client partnership and care, builds trusted, long‑term client relationships, becoming a reliable partner who helps the agency feel like an essential extension of their team.
Skills and Expertise:
- Efficiency‑driven delivery, brings a sharp operational mindset and a passion for delivering standout campaigns, events, builds, and brand experiences that push beyond the expected.
- Client‑centric leadership, proven ability to manage client relationships with confidence and care, ensuring smooth planning, clear communication, and seamless end‑to‑end delivery.
- Relentless can‑do attitude, highly organised, proactive, and hands‑on, with the drive to jump in, solve problems quickly, and keep momentum high.
- Channel and audience insight, strong understanding of On‑Trade and Off‑Trade environments, with a curiosity for finding new, exciting ways to create meaningful audience experiences.
- Supplier and partner management, skilled at building productive relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring teams stay motivated, aligned, and clear on roles and responsibilities.
