We are looking for a Paid Ads Creative Video Editor to work in house for a client in Altrincham.

Fast-growing oral care brand known for our premium whitening products and bold creative campaigns. We\’re expanding our team and looking for a Paid Ads Creative Editor who knows how to turn content into high-converting ads that stop the scroll, engage audiences, and drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-performing video and static ad creatives for paid social campaigns.
  • Repurpose and re-cut existing content into multiple variations (UGC, testimonials, hooks, offers, etc.).
  • Work with the marketing team to align creatives with campaign goals and audience insights.
  • Use data and feedback from ad performance to iterate and improve creatives.
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, ad formats, and best practices for conversion.
  • Maintain an organized library of ad creatives for easy testing and scaling.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience editing creatives specifically for paid social ads (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
  • Understanding of direct-response advertising and how to build creatives that convert.
  • Ability to create compelling hooks, CTAs, and storytelling formats. Creative eye for detail and trends in social media.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
