This is a field sales role with fully pre-qualified appointments, strong lead flow, and uncapped earning potential. We work with leading manufacturers to deliver high-quality solar systems to residential customers. Job Responsibilities (Solar Sales) Attend pre-qualified, pre-booked homeowner appointments Conduct in-home surveys for Solar PV and Battery systems Deliver structured solar sales presentations Design and quote tailored solar panel and battery packages Explain government incentives, savings, and return on investment Close residential solar sales face-to-face Accurately complete sales documentation What We Offer £100,000+ On-Target Earnings (OTE) Uncapped commission structure Pre-qualified leads – no cold calling Full product, sales, and compliance training Localised appointments to reduce travel Monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives Fast commission payments Career progression in the renewable energy sector Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2–3 years direct sales experience Experience in solar sales, home improvements, energy, or high-ticket sales preferred Strong closing skills and face-to-face sales ability Self-motivated and target-driven Excellent communication and customer service skills A passion for cleaner, greener energy Full UK driving licence and own vehicle Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
