The Opportunity

If you’re a Programmatic Executive with agency experience and ready to step into a dynamic, multi-channel environment, this role offers the chance to work across Display, Video, CTV, and Digital Audio for high-profile gambling clients. You’ll support full campaign delivery, performance optimisation, and cross-channel alignment across PPC and Paid Social.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programmatic campaign delivery, manage end-to-end Programmatic campaigns across Display, Video, CTV, and Digital Audio, including optimisation and reporting.
  • Performance insights, produce clear, data-led reports and present updates and recommendations to clients.
  • Planning & optimisation, support forecasting, media planning, budget allocation, and work with DSPs to identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-channel support, assist with Google Ads and Paid Social to maintain alignment across channels.
  • Data & tracking, maintain accurate tracking, manage data-heavy reporting, and respond quickly to performance changes.
  • Industry awareness, stay informed on Programmatic, CTV, Audio, and wider digital trends.

Skills & Expertise

  • Programmatic experience, hands-on Programmatic knowledge with strong understanding of major DSPs and buying platforms.
  • Data & tracking skills, strong GA4 knowledge; confident working with spreadsheets and large datasets.
  • Communication & client skills, clear communicator able to present performance and insights effectively.
  • Commercial awareness, able to spot optimisation and growth opportunities across campaigns.
  • Cross-channel adaptability, comfortable supporting PPC and Paid Social when needed.
  • Organisation & pace, highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts and react quickly.
