We’re looking for a Head of Creative to join a growing experiential team and lead the development of bold, immersive brand experiences. This is a senior role for someone who can turn cultural insight, narrative and spatial thinking into concepts that truly stand out.
You’ll take the creative lead from the very first spark of an RFP through to final delivery, shaping ideas, building visual direction, and ensuring every project is rooted in strong storytelling and design excellence. Working closely with designers, producers and makers, you’ll bring ambitious ideas to life while keeping feasibility, craft and detail at the heart of the process. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on pushing creative boundaries, elevating concepts beyond the obvious, and building experiences that leave a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead experiential and spatial concept development across a wide range of brand projects
- Create mood boards, narratives and visual direction that clearly communicate creative intent
- Translate brand stories into immersive physical experiences
- Drive creative thinking across pitches, from early ideation to final presentation
- Own concepts end-to-end, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment with the creative vision
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers and Production teams to ensure ideas are ambitious yet deliverable
- Apply strong understanding of materials and build feasibility
- Maintain high creative standards across all outputs
- Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
- Significant experience in experiential, spatial or environmental design
- A strong portfolio showcasing immersive, experience-led creative work
- Exceptional conceptual thinking with the ability to take ideas from brief to execution
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of materials, construction and real-world build considerations
- Highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Collaborative, proactive and confident leading teams through full project cycles
