We're looking for a talented Junior to Mid-Level Event Producer to join a thriving and highly experienced events team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in brand events who enjoys working across multiple projects simultaneously and supporting senior event leads in delivering exceptional experiences.

About the Role: As a Junior to Mid-Level Event Producer, you will support the planning and delivery of brand events from concept through to execution. Working closely with event leads, you will manage multiple projects, coordinate suppliers, liaise with clients, and contribute to seamless event delivery both in the office and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of multiple brand event projects simultaneously
- Scout and source suitable event venues
- Source, negotiate with, and manage a wide range of suppliers
- Assist with budget planning and management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare event documentation and presentations
- Support on-site event management and delivery
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Skills and Expertise:
- Some experience within brand events
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in venue sourcing and supplier management
- Budget management experience
- Client-facing communication skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Docs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
