Ecommerce Manager About the Company A fast-growing consumer brand specialising in premium oral care products is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager. The company focuses on creating innovative, effective products that help customers feel more confident in their smile. As the business continues to scale its ecommerce presence, it is looking for a skilled professional to lead and optimise online sales channels and the digital customer journey. The Role The brand is seeking a commercially driven and highly experienced Ecommerce Manager with a strong B2C background to oversee and grow ecommerce operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern DTC ecommerce, conversion optimisation, customer acquisition, retention strategies, and online merchandising. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving online revenue growth, improving customer experience, and scaling the brand across digital channels. Key Responsibilities • Ecommerce operations — Manage and optimise day-to-day ecommerce activity across the website and online sales channels • Revenue growth — Drive performance through ecommerce strategy, merchandising, and conversion rate optimisation • Analyse key metrics including traffic, conversion rates, AOV, CAC, and customer retention • Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, product launches, and promotions • Improve website UX and customer journey to maximise conversion and retention • Manage product listings, collections, pricing, promotions, and merchandising • Oversee ecommerce reporting and provide actionable insights to senior management • Collaborate with external agencies, developers, and platform partners • Identify growth opportunities including upselling, subscriptions, and lifecycle marketing • Ensure the website remains functional, up-to-date, and optimised across devices • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends within ecommerce, beauty, wellness, and consumer goods Requirements • Proven experience in an Ecommerce Manager or similar role • Strong B2C ecommerce experience, ideally within beauty, wellness, health, or consumer products • Proven track record of driving ecommerce growth and improving performance metrics • Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms • Knowledge of modern ecommerce tools and ecosystems • Strong understanding of CRO, analytics, and customer acquisition • Experience using analytics and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and Shopify apps • Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organisational and project management abilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Desirable Skills • Experience in subscription ecommerce • Understanding of email/SMS retention marketing • Familiarity with landing page optimisation and funnel building • Experience collaborating with creative and performance marketing teams What’s Offered • Opportunity to join a fast-growing ecommerce brand • Competitive salary based on experience • Flexible working environment • Career progression opportunities within a scaling business • Employee product discounts • Collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture
