The RFC First Line Manager (FLM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific team or section within the warehouse or logistics environment. As an FLM, you will manage and lead a team of operatives, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to company standards, and continuous improvement in operations.
