The Concept Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and future concept customer networks. As an industry expert, the role will be responsible for developing and growing each concept network in your targeted territory, ensuring all customers receive best in class customer service. Reporting to the Head of Concept Sales, the Concept Account Manager will work as part of the LKQ Euro Car Parts Concept Management team, driving high customer engagement which links to the organisation growth strategy and ultimately delivers on our customer promise.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing virtual customer support and in person visits when required
- Consulting with customers to identify revenue opportunities and maximise their growth potential
- Developing positive and professional working relationships with key stakeholders
- Developing positive and professional working relationships with key suppliers and their field teams
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the concept products and services proposition
Skills and Experience
- Ability to build strong relationships both face to face and virtually
- Experience working to targets
- Some industry knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
