We are looking to recruit a new Driver Coordinator. Euro Car Parts is renowned for our speed and flexibility of getting our parts to our customers. We currently hold circa 45,000 SKUs in each site, have 95% same day availability and have 3 VORs every day to each branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the efficient route planning of the delivery vehicles and ensure that stock is moved efficiently and safely.
- Build relationships with internal customers to determine their requirements, manage expectations and achieve our service level agreements.
- Live and breathe excellent customer service and support and coach our Drivers to do the same.
- Ensure all business Health and Safety measures are followed and report on all accidents and near misses.
- Motivate, lead and develop the team to excel in their current role and understand and support their aspirations.
- Improve returns, credits and warranty processes thereby enhancing the customer experience.
- Control and monitor costs, such as driver overtime, absence etc.

- Experience working in a similar role.
- Ability to lead, motivate and supervise a team of Drivers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure and fast-paced environment.

- Current valid Driving License.
