As a Warehouse Assistant with LKQ Digraph you are responsible for keeping the stock accurate and fully located, to enable invoices to be picked efficiently and with minimal error to allow the branch to continue to grow and develop

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all areas of the warehouse always conform to health and safety legislation.
  • Provide a safe working environment in the warehouse for all team members and visitors.
  • Assistant the customer service supervisor and serve customer on the front counter
  • Accurately check all incoming stock for shortages and damage and record where necessary
  • Accurately pick customer orders and make regular checks to ensure only invoiced goods leave the building
  • Ensure the daily PI count is completely accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure all stock is handled in a way that minimises the risk of damage while in stock or during delivery
  • Respond to any request from branch operations within the specified time
  • Ensure all returns entering the branch are checked, taking care to make sure that the part returned reflects what is on the collection note and that all goods are new.
  • Exceptions to this are old core, warranty and damaged
  • Ensure all stock cleanses, damaged goods and old core are returned accurately to T2 on time and in a condition to minimise the risk of stock loss to the branch
  • Report all instances of missing stock to the manager in charge
  • Assist with additional duties to maintain the working environment in clean and tidy condition
  • Carry out any reasonable request as directed by the manager
