You’ll be working as part of a small team of dedicated commercial insurance specialists, for a well-established Romford based independent insurance broker.
The Role
Working closely with Accounts Executives and Brokers you’ll be assisting the team to answer calls, chasing prospects, contacting leads and querying policy placement for a range of covers including fleet, HGV, business and property. As a fundamental part of the team you will be contributing towards the growth of the business by assisting in new business and marketing strategies. As you may be the first touch point for any potential client a professional, proactive and efficient approach to communication will be required.
Required Skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Previous administration experience
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word and Excel
Previous experience in the insurance industry is not required, as training will be given, however any related experience will be looked at advantageously.
