Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical development and designing scalable solutions
- Strong experience in cloud-native development using AWS
- Proficiency in web-based development using JavaScript, CSS, and markup languages
- Proficiency in web-programming tools such as ASP, .NET, PHP, C#, or Java
- Experience with REST-based APIs using JSON and web services
- Experience integrating with Identity Access Providers (Okta preferred)
- Knowledge of containerisation principles and reference architecture
- Experience developing scalable web and mobile solutions
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of User Centred Design principles and design quality standards
- Ability to manage and coach Associate and Professional Developers
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- (Desirable) Experience with third-party integration tools such as MuleSoft
- (Desirable) Experience working in a multi-cultural international organisation

- Design and develop scalable web and mobile solutions using the latest technology standards to meet market requirements
- Develop solution features following development best practices, ensuring solution performance and user adoption
- Develop integrations with external systems according to defined architecture guidelines
- Review and define technical solutions with impact assessment
- Build scalable solutions in line with reference architecture and containerisation principles
- Collaborate closely with Technical, Testing, and Design teams to define exceptional experiences and scalable solutions
- Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, security, and architectural standards
- Ensure clear and comprehensive product documentation
- Define development standards, testing metrics, and processes to build technical solutions for new feature development according to business goals and commercial value
- Work closely with Product Directors, other application architects, and the development scrum team
