Nova Hreod Academy is looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant.

Location: Swindon

Salary: £22,364 per annum, pro rata to the FTE of £25,918

Contract type: 33.75 hours a week, term time only

Responsibilities

This role involves working with some of our most vulnerable students as part of a high performing team to ensure they have the best chance of success. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving the educational outcomes of young people and committed to further developing the strong foundations already established at Nova Hreod.

Qualifications

Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children and young people, and will be required to obtain an enhanced DBS disclosure.
