Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking an Attendance Support Officer to join our Education Social Work team.
You will work with pupils, families, schools and partner agencies to improve attendance, engagement and outcomes for young people.
You will conduct home visits, mentor pupils, deliver Attendance Improvement Plans, and analyse attendance data to identify barriers.
DBS check is required and a full driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential.
