Then you might be our next Search Fund CEO About Us Nova Founders Capital’s management team have started 30+ companies over the last 10 years and have exited companies through sale and IPO, backed by investors such as Goldman Sachs, Alibaba, Peter Thiel and The World Bank. On our journey to empower ambitious and extraordinary talents, we have created the opportunity to become a CEO through a Search Fund. Besides investing in and building large-scale fast growing business models, we have created an investment vehicle to invest in the right founders and CEOs to find a business venture they can excel in and support them in their journey to create extraordinary companies. You will get the unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our existing portfolio, or become CEO of an existing company within our portfolio. You will become part of an ambitious network and have a dedicated Board of Directors consisting of experienced founders, board members and CEOs that have started, acquired, built and exited various companies. You will receive both great upside in your work with a compensation geared mostly towards equity of 10-20% depending on the business, and a base salary of up to 80K GBP.
