What We Offer You
Nova Founders Capital are searching for experienced or aspiring Leaders for their Search Funds. You will get the unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our existing portfolio, or become Leader of an existing company within our portfolio. You will become part of an ambitious network and have a dedicated Board of Directors consisting of experienced founders, board members and CEOs that have started, acquired, built and exited various companies. You will receive both great upside in your work with a compensation geared mostly towards equity of 10-20% depending on the business, and a base salary of up to 80K GBP.
Your Responsibilities

- Define and execute strategies to drive results across all functions
- Recruit the right people and constantly develop the employee
- Be fully responsible for the P&L and day-to-day operations
