What We Offer You
Nova Founders Capital are searching for experienced or aspiring Associate for their Search Funds. You will get the unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our existing portfolio, or become Associate of an existing company within our portfolio. You will become part of an ambitious network and have a dedicated Board of Directors consisting of experienced founders, board members and CEOs that have started, acquired, built and exited various companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Build a world-class organisation
- Build, lead, develop and motivate an exceptional team
- Define and execute strategies to drive results across all functions
- Recruit the right people and constantly develop the employee
- Be fully responsible for the P&L and day-to-day operations

- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency

- Proactive approach and sense of ownership/responsibility of everything you do
- A humble approach and share our passion for building companies and developing people
- Interested in continuous learning and proactively searching for ways to optimise
