What We Offer You
We are seeking experienced or aspiring Associates for our Search Funds. This role offers a unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our portfolio, or to become an Associate within an existing portfolio company.
You will join an ambitious network with a dedicated Board of Directors comprising experienced founders, board members, and CEOs who have started, acquired, built, and exited various companies.
Your Responsibilities
As an Associate, you will be responsible for building and growing your business. Tasks will vary depending on the stage and nature of the company, and include:
- Building a world-class organization
- Leading, developing, and motivating an exceptional team
- Defining and executing strategies to drive results across all functions
- Recruiting the right talent and fostering employee development
- Taking full responsibility for P&L and daily operations
What We Expect From You
- A strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional drive and desire to excel
- A proactive approach and ownership mindset
- Humility and a passion for building companies and developing people
- An interest in continuous learning and optimization
- At least a bachelor’s or master’s degree with excellent results
- Top-tier academic background, possibly with an MBA
- 3-7 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, startup, or established company
