Job title – Lead Electrician
Location – Sheffield, S25 3QX
Salary – £45,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on skills & experience
Duration – Perm/Full-time
We are looking for a Lead Electrician to join our team at Nova Electrical!
Along with a salary up to £50,000 per annum, we offer a fantastic range of benefits including a brand-new company van, all required power tools, tablet and uniform, a pension scheme, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, full training, CPD and overtime availability – paid at 1.5x rate!
We’re seeking a self-motivated individual with strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with our customers and working independently.
We are a small growing business based near Sheffield. Some of our work can take us across the UK, therefore the ideal person would be willing to work away from home on occasion. Accommodation and subsistence are provided.
Your duties as a Lead Electrician at Nova Electrical:
- Performing lighting installations and upgrades
- Commercial and Industrial LV power installations
- EICR
- Site supervision
At Nova Electrical, we’re looking for a Lead Electrician with:
- Extensive experience as an Approved Electrician
- Experience managing a small team
- Experience running projects as an on-the-tools supervisor
- An NVQ 3, AM2 and full apprenticeship
- 2391 Inspection and testing
- ECS gold card
- A full and clean UK driving licence
- Willingness to complete DBS checks (MOD clearance)
- Compex 01-04 (desirable)
- IPAF, PASMA, first aid (desirable, can provide training)
