Teaching Assistant
Salary: Scale 4 Point 7 to Point 11 (£26,403 to £28,142 pro‑rata per annum, £22,671 – £24,164 actual per annum)
Contract: Fixed term until 24th July 2026, full‑time, term‑time only

Start Date: Monday 3rd November 2025
Victoria Primary School is looking to appoint a teaching assistant with a passion for professional research and development. First‑time visitors to the school are always surprised: we are a culturally diverse inner‑city estate school where our teams high academic expectations are evident and our pupils are obviously eager to please. Responsibilities & Expectations
- Be an equal member of a very forward‑thinking staff team
- Be supported by—and/or contribute to—personalised coaching, action research, and focused INSET
- Work with diverse, outgoing and friendly children
- Engage with ongoing development and support through the Nova Education Trust and the Torch Teaching School Alliance
- Visits to our school are encouraged and warmly welcomed by appointment
