Herewoode Academy is seeking a Senior Designated Safeguarding Lead to join a warm and compassionate environment. You will be the main point of contact for safeguarding and welfare concerns for students, staff, and external stakeholders, and will lead the Safeguarding Team.
You will also be responsible for providing effective welfare support to students and ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements, including enhanced DBS checks in line with DfE guidance.
