Kirk Hallam Community Academy is seeking a SEND Pastoral Teaching Assistant to join our Inclusion team.
The role focuses on supporting students with SEND, including SEMH and behavioural needs, using a nurturing, relational approach to promote engagement and resilience.
You will work to enable access to learning, build positive relationships with students, staff and families, and communicate with parents to support wellbeing and achievement.
