Toot Hill School is seeking a Personal Development and Behaviour Lead (non-teaching) to join our Attitude to Learning and pastoral teams.

This full-time, term-time only role focuses on managing behaviour, welfare and academic progress, working with students, parents and staff to remove barriers to learning.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and role model who helps uphold high standards and the school’s ethos.
