The Nova Education Trust is seeking a Personal Development and Behaviour Lead (non-teaching) at Toot Hill School to promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and welfare across the student body.

The role is full-time, term-time only (37 hours), on a fixed-term until 23 July 2027, located at Toot Hill School with safeguarding checks and close collaboration with students, families and staff.
